Site Preparation
A level, solid foundation is the key to a long-lasting shed. Our site prep crew will get your yard ready before your structure arrives, so installation goes smoothly from day one.
Basic site prep includes:
- Leveling the ground 1 foot larger than the structure footprint
- Accommodates up to a 12″ slope
- Gravel foundation installed using compacted “crusher-run” gravel
- Backed by a 1-Year Warranty
Note: Site prep does not include removal of displaced topsoil from your property. You’ll need a designated area on-site for the extra dirt. Dirt removal services are available, just ask.
Shed Delivery & Installation
Once your shed is ready, we deliver and place it exactly where you want it. We use a pickup truck with a 26′ tilt trailer to deliver and position your structure, no heavy lifting on your end.
We deliver to:
- All of Georgia, including Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Smyrna, Roswell, and Alpharetta
- Tennessee
- Alabama
- South Carolina
Open access to the delivery site is required for standard delivery. If your site has limited access, see our Mule Delivery option below.
Tight Access? No Problem.
Not every backyard is easy to reach. If your property has narrow gates, tight corners, steep slopes, or a soft yard, our Mule Delivery service is built for exactly that.
The Mule is a compact walk-behind machine that lifts one end of the structure while the other rides on two wheels. It extends only about 5 feet from the building, allowing us to navigate extremely tight turns. It also handles steep inclines and soft ground with minimal impact to your lawn.
Can’t Access Your Site at All? We’ll Build On-Site.
If there’s simply no way to get a pre-built structure to your location, our Build-On-Site service is the answer. Our crew comes to you and constructs your shed directly on your property. Available for an additional charge. Contact us for details.
