Job Title: Specialty Retail Sales Associate – Outdoor Products

Location: Marietta, GA

Job Type: Full-time, Year-round

Are you passionate about the outdoors and helping others find the perfect products to enhance their outdoor living experience? Green Acres Outdoor Living is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced specialty retail team.

As a company rooted in faith-based values, we focus on providing a customer centric service and team environment where family, honesty, integrity, and hard work matter. We serve our customers with excellence, offering high-quality outdoor products including sheds, furniture, fire pits, gazebos, pavilions and much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service with honesty and integrity
  • Learn and communicate expert knowledge about our wide range of outdoor products
  • Help customers find solutions that best meet their needs and budgets
  • Take initiative to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Follow through on customer requests, special orders, or product inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet sales goals and support a positive, hard-working culture
  • Stay flexible and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A problem-solver with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to following through on tasks
  • Team player with a positive, cooperative attitude
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Must be able to lift and move products as needed
