Why Choose an In-Stock Shed?

  • No Waiting: These sheds are already built and sitting on our lot. We can often coordinate delivery to your home within just a few days.
  • What You See Is What You Get: There are no surprises with an in-stock purchase. The shed you see in the photos below, or the one you walk through on our lot, is the exact one that will arrive on your property.
  • Built for Georgia Weather: Every shed we stock is built with pressure-treated floor joists and 30-year architectural shingles to ensure it handles the local climate for years to come.

Common Delivery Questions

How much space do you need to deliver a shed?

We typically need a pathway that is at least 2 feet wider than the width of your shed and about 14 feet of vertical clearance. If your shed is 10 feet wide, we look for a 12-foot opening. Our team uses a specialized machine called a “Mule” to maneuver sheds into tight backyard spots without having to drive a full truck and trailer onto your grass.

What kind of site preparation do I need?

For the best results, we recommend a level pad of crushed stone (4 to 6 inches deep) that is about 2 feet larger than the shed on all sides. This provides a stable foundation and allows for proper drainage. While we can set sheds on solid concrete blocks if the ground is relatively level, a stone pad is the best way to protect your investment long-term.

Do you deliver in rainy weather?

We keep a close eye on the Georgia weather. If the ground is too soft or muddy, we may reschedule your delivery to prevent our equipment from damaging your lawn. We will always communicate with you to find the next available dry day that fits your schedule.

How do you get the shed over my fence?

In most cases, a section of the fence will need to be temporarily removed to allow the shed to pass through. If your shed is small enough and your fence is low, we can sometimes work around it, but it is usually best to have a clear path ready before we arrive.

Can you deliver to locations outside of Marietta?

Yes. While we are based in Marietta, we deliver throughout the Atlanta metro area and even into surrounding states like Alabama, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.
