The Kingston’s rustic and bold look inspires entertaining and admiration.

This structure is completely made of a Rough Sawn Western Red Cedar lumber. It stands on solid 8×8 cedar posts and includes large 4×10 braces for stability. The heavy-duty headers are built with 6×12 beams and carry the 4×8 joists spaced 24″ on center.
Blocking out an abundant amount of sun, the 2×3 purlins are spaced to approximately 6″ on center providing the perfect amount of shade to sit and enjoy a mid-summer day. Available sizes range from 10×10 up to 18×40. This pergola is available up to 18×22 with only 4 posts.

Electrical Package

Extra Receptacle

Your electrical package will include an outdoor switch and a 15amp outdoor receptacle outlet. A wire is typically installed from the base of the post to the top of the pavilion so you can add a light or ceiling fan. You will need a certified electrician to make all connections inside the electrical boxes and to your home.

All Kingston pergolas are built to spec to meet a standard engineered specification of 125 mph winds and a 50 lb. snow load.

With an additional cost, we offer construction plans that are certified and sealed by a licensed engineer in your state. Sealed drawings are included for both you and your township.
