Traditional Wooden Pavilion

For a truly traditional look, nothing beats the charm and elegance of real wood. Our wood pavilions are constructed using hand-selected #1 grade treated southern yellow pine for the best possible appearance.

Built strong for superior wind resistance, our wooden pavilions feature engineered headers, a roof with double main rafters and arched braces for added stability.

The roof comes standard with architectural asphalt shingles. Our traditional pavilions are engineered to withstand 140 mph winds and 45 pounds per square foot snow loads.

Engineering

All standard rectangle pavilions are built to spec and meet a standard engineered specification of 140 mph winds and a 45 lb. snow load.

With an additional cost, we offer construction plans that are certified and sealed by a licensed engineer in your state. Sealed drawings are included for both you and your township.

Electrical Package

Extra Receptacle

Your electrical package will include an outdoor switch and a 15amp outdoor receptacle outlet. A wire is typically installed from the base of the post to the top of the pavilion so you can add a light or ceiling fan. You will need a certified electrician to make all connections inside the electrical boxes and to your home.

The optional Villa comes with an unfinished interior perfect for storage. Alternatively, you may add horizontal 1×6 Tongue & Groove boards and a linoleum floor to create a back yard office or getaway. The finished interior option comes with a switch to control power to the ceiling and includes electrical receptacles spaced to meet code requirements. All our Villas are built to meet or exceed many of the codes required by local townships. The Villa includes one 15-lite single door.

You may choose to add optional windows to fit your needs. The windows and doors include insulated glass, with 1×3 trim for added elegance. The Vinyl Villa includes Dutch Lap vinyl siding available in eight different colors. Our Wood Villas are available in either cedar or knotty pine siding. Add one of our many stain or paint options to match your home.
